This past Sunday I had the opportunity to attend one of McCrady’s new “Sundays at McCrady’s” events which are mixing food with musical theater. Food highlights included a really outstanding popcorn soup with local shrimp, wonderfully tender beef with foraged mushrooms, and caramelized onion and brown butter risotto. While musical theater isn’t normally my cup of tea, I was really impressed by a couple of the singers voices and a very talented saxophonist.
