Call it shameless self-promotion, but I’m pretty proud of the guest post I wrote for personal branding expert Dan Schawbel’s Personal Branding Blog.
The post is titled “7 Personal Branding Tips for College Graduates” and is essentially my advice for other college students on how to begin differentiating themselves from the pack in order to secure a job after graduation. The impending job search is going to be a period of high anxiety for me, like everyone else, but I’d like to think that all the work I’m doing is giving me a little leg up.
Once you’re finished reading my post, I encourage you to subscribe to Dan’s blog. His articles, while generally aimed at young people who are already in the workforce, usually have aspects that college students can apply as well.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on the article so please comment on this post, on Dan’s blog, or shoot me an e-mail if you have an opportunity.
